I start off with mindful meditation to relax you and to focus on your body and what you’d like to get out of the treatment. I will start by working through your chakra system, balancing you out where needed. I will then pick up on any areas of the body that need healing. You may feel tingling, heat or cold areas as the energy changes around you. You may see colours and shapes, all of which are normal. Most people report that they feel deeply relaxed during this treatment. We will discuss what we both picked up on at the end.
