My range of body Massages
I will have a chat with you when you arrive to work out what kind of massage you would like, so working out if you’d prefer light and relaxing or something deeper to work out any knots and tension. I always carry out a full face to face consultation.
Swedish Massage – Long flowing movements which are relaxing and encourage deep relaxation. This can be back neck and shoulders or full body.
Deep Tissue Massage – Deeper and smaller movements working on problem areas to work out those knots and relieve tension. This can be back neck and shoulders or full body.
Mindful massage – combines massage and mindfulness. (see benefits of mindfulness)

Indian Head Massage
Deeply relaxing, concentrates on the upper back, shoulders, upper arms, neck, face and scalp. During this treatment, you remain fully clothed and seated upright.
Benefits of Indian Head Massage – Improved blood circulation, a general feeling of relaxation, calmness and well-being, improved muscle tone, improved respiration by encouraging deeper breathing, the release of muscle tension, relieve muscle pain and fatigue, the release of physical and emotional stress, softens and regenerates skin and better sleep.
