Meditation 

Meditation helps a person go deep within themselves, focusing the mind and eliminating outside influences, resulting in a lasting deep state of peace and relaxation. This can be a more spiritual experience or more of a mindful meditation so really connecting with the body.

This can be one to one or I can offer group bookings.  Meditation can be tailored to your interests, I offer mindful meditation so focusing more on the body and mind or it can be more spiritual, so taking you on a guided spiritual journey.
