Osbournby Mindful Walk

A 60 minute midweek mindful reset using guided mindful walking, meditation, movement & breathing techniques.

Join us on a gentle stroll connecting to nature starting at the red telephone box in the market square. We will take a slow walk through countryside with many pauses to help us land in the present moment and have a go at some mindfulness techniques designed to help us step away from our busy minds.

No experience necessary.

Wear suitable clothes for the weather and for walking.

This will be a slow pace and all abilities welcome. We will be heading down one of the public footpaths.

MINDFULNESS is – being aware of the busy mind, noticing thought, noticing emotions and where in the body we store them then stepping back using your senses to bring you in to the present moment, noticing what’s going on around you in the here and now. BENEFITS – not missing out on what’s around you, not being controlled by the mind, the ability to question the thoughts and respond, a calmer body, less stress, feeling balanced and peaceful…… etc
