What is mindfulness?
Mindfulness is about being in the present moment. Training the brain to recognise unhelpful thoughts and taking a step back from them by bringing your awareness in to the now. This can be done thought meditation, breath work, mindful movement, walking and literally everything! Mindfulness is a way of life. If practised regularly, it can help you feel calm, choosing to respond to situations rather than react, lessen stress and anxiety and helping to accept and surrender what no longer serves or what is out of your control.

Using a combination of the services I offer, I will help you towards your goal, whatever that may be. Including positive mental health, working out who you are and generally moving you towards feeling good! I have over 15 years experience of working in youth work and on mental health projects supporting people of all ages. Helping them to build themselves a tool kit so they can become independent and support themselves with their own mental health, building better relationships and even work.
