
Join me for this 60 minutes session of deep mindful nature connection using Mindfulness techniques including meditation, movement and walking. You’ll learn the benefits of living in the present moment and be able to take away practices to use in your own time. These practices if done regularly, will help you stay away from unhelpful thoughts and feelings, disconnecting from the mind and noise of the world and connecting back in to what’s around you and of course improved self awareness! I can promise the animals will join in! They are naturally mindful and want to help us be the same. You’ll get a chance to mix with horses, goats, sheep, ducks, geese and more 🙂. After the session you’ll get the chance to mix with the animals.
